Mission at John Calvin Presbyterian Church
"For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.
Whatever you did for the least of these, you have done unto me..."
-Matthew 25:35-36, 40

Moving from FEAR to HOPE
2023-2024 Mission Campaign
Helping the Prokhodov Family move from their perilous life in Kyiv, Ukraine to the United States.
Attacks continue near the Phrokhodovs’ neighborhood as the family prepares to leave their lives in the Ukraine behind. Air travel was secured by a travel agent who works with a humanitarian flight service and Mr. and Mrs Prokhodov were able to arrange for a bus trip to the Warsaw airport. The Prokhodov family is expected to arrive in St. Louis in mid-December. If all plans work out, they will be housed in a lovely St. Peters townhome and the children will soon attend public elementary school. The URS team continues to seek monetary and in-kind donations for settling the family in the St. Louis area. Prayers of petition and praise are lifted daily to God who provides and sustains.
